About the role

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships in the German market, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and business impact through high-performing influencer collaborations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys negotiations, identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and outperforming targets.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with clear performance and revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and close high-potential influencer partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead negotiations independently, balancing strong relationship management with business objectives and profitability.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners while maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
  • Drive influencer campaigns with a strong focus on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze campaign and creator performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to maximize country performance across the full funnel.
  • Take ownership of ambitious KPIs and continuously look for ways to outperform targets and improve business results.

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnerships Management, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Sales, or similar commercially-driven roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience owning revenue, growth, or performance-related targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments with high ownership and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape.
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in DTC, Beauty, FMCG, Lifestyle, creator economy, or high-growth environments.
