What you'll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with clear performance and revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and close high-potential influencer partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
- Lead negotiations independently, balancing strong relationship management with business objectives and profitability.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners while maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
- Drive influencer campaigns with a strong focus on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze campaign and creator performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to maximize country performance across the full funnel.
- Take ownership of ambitious KPIs and continuously look for ways to outperform targets and improve business results.
What you'll need
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnerships Management, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Sales, or similar commercially-driven roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience owning revenue, growth, or performance-related targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments with high ownership and accountability.
- Strong understanding of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
