Frontend Engineer - Web

About the role

As Frontend Engineer, you will build and scale web interfaces that empower nursing leaders to take informed actions to improve facility quality and resident health.

What you'll do

• Design technical solutions based on requirements from product, design and software architecture
• Build scalable Frontends that can grow with multi-markets and across verticals
• Ship features at a pace that keeps up with product and design output, with no UI work queue forming
• Partake in engineering quality discussions, valuing robustness as much as output speed
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine requirements, review APIs, participate in code reviews, and maintain a consistent design system

What you'll need

• 3-5 strong years of experience building and scaling Frontends in UX-heavy fields, with particularly strong Modern React and Typescript skills
• Experience with tools like Sentry, PostHog and Grafana, and a focus on measuring performance of the software you ship
• Strong agentic engineering background working with LLMs to decrease cycle time, while being aware of its pitfalls
• Ability to work cross-functionally well between Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship high-quality product features on time
• Solid experience working and shipping high-quality Frontends in fast-paced Startup environments with high expectations of excellence
