About the role

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you'll take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth collaboration across teams. You'll work on projects that directly impact how our company operates every day.

What you'll do

  • You build and operate scalable IT infrastructure across networking, identity, and endpoint environments
  • You own and evolve the MDM ecosystem (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), including patching and device lifecycle management
  • You develop automations, workflows, and integrations across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, and Atlassian
  • You diagnose and resolve complex 2nd/3rd level issues while contributing to projects, migrations, and rollouts
  • You enhance security posture through improved monitoring, alerting, and compliance practices
  • You partner with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with business objectives
  • You maintain clear technical documentation, standards, and operational processes

What you'll need

  • Degree, vocational training in IT, or equivalent experience, with 4+ years in hands-on infrastructure roles
  • Proven expertise in at least two of the following: Google Workspace, Okta (incl. Workflows), Zscaler, Atlassian
  • Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. Python, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good grasp of security best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently in a team setting
