As Strategy Intern, you will be at the core of Upvest's strategic initiatives, working within the strategy team and cross-functionally with other teams to support the company's vision to become the leading investment infrastructure of tomorrow across Europe. You will support the Strategy team and entire executive team to shape and execute strategy—from initial conceptualization to prioritisation, execution and communication of key initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Support the definition and execution of company strategy and targets, serving as a key stakeholder in high-impact projects
  • Support the development and execution of organisational strategy, including the OKR process and linking OKRs with core business KPIs
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive decision-making and strategic prioritisation
  • Support all-hands presentations, prepare senior stakeholder presentations and offsites
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to gain comprehensive understanding of product, clients, operations, and banking ecosystem
  • Work closely with Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff and executive teams to ensure seamless business operations

What you'll need

  • Completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting
  • Excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives while diving into details to ensure flawless execution
  • Passionate about fintech and driven to transform the investment world
  • Available for a minimum of 4 months and based in Berlin
