As PMO Manager, you are the operational engine behind client launches. You make sure every project runs on a solid, consistent structure and stays on track, while supporting Launch Managers to focus on driving content. You give senior management a clear, real-time view of how the whole portfolio is progressing.
What you'll do
- Keep a portfolio-wide view across all live launches, and make sure every project stays on track against its timeline.
- Set up new launch projects so each one starts fast and on a consistent structure including clear governance and ownership, and prepare kickoffs together with the Launch Managers.
- Be the central point of coordination with clients' project teams: driving the cadence, scheduling and follow-through that keep launches moving.
- Own the tools and systems that keep Launch running, from project tracking to documentation and the shared knowledge base, and keep them sharp.
- Prepare and support steering committees, and report progress, risks and blockers clearly to senior management.
- Capture lessons learned across launches and turn them into a standardised, repeatable playbook.
- Use AI tooling available to you, and push forward the integration and automation of AI into PMO tasks.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in project coordination, PMO or project management, ideally in fintech, financial services or consulting (onboarding or integration projects a strong plus).
- Exceptional organisation and coordination skills, comfortable keeping many parallel workstreams on track at once.
- Hands-on with project and collaboration tooling (e.g. ClickUp or similar) and disciplined document and knowledge management.
- A structured, proactive approach: you anticipate what each project needs next and prepare it before it is asked for.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, confident coordinating directly with client-side project teams and reporting to senior management.
- A client-first mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude to getting things done.
- Fluent German is a must, alongside professional proficiency in English.
What they offer
- €20,000 per year to spend on the best AI tools available.
- 30 days of annual leave and sports benefits.
- Professional coaching and flexibility to work remotely abroad for up to 183 days a year.
- One-month fully paid sabbatical after every 4 years (UpRest).
- Personal development budget and hybrid or remote work across Berlin, London or Tallinn hubs.
- Competitive, above-market salary and employee equity program.
