trawa is building the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that orchestrates procurement, energy management, and flexibility steering in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex — combined. That integration unlocks up to 30% in recurring electricity cost savings — all while helping companies switch to renewable energy.
We're the fastest-growing B2B energy platform in Europe. Active in Germany and Austria now, and expanding operations to a third market in 2027. We're on the road to European scale and move fast — the market window is open and we intend to own it.
trawa is a scale-up based in Berlin with ~100 FTE, ~30 of whom work in Product & Tech. We've raised over €35M to date, including a €24M Series A in May 2025, backed by Balderton, Headline, Speedinvest, AENU, Magnetic, and Tiny VC. All three founders are on board and 100% committed to build the utility of the future.
We're looking for a Head of Product to own vision, strategy, and execution across the entire product platform. You'll report directly to the CEO, with close collaboration with the CTO and COO. You will join the leadership team alongside other department leaders. You'll shape the product that makes European industry competitive again — and you'll do it at pace. This role is based in Berlin. trawa is an "office first" company, which means you will work from the office typically five days per week.
Your team
You will lead a well-established team of 6 Product Managers and Designers embedded in 6 interdisciplinary teams in Product & Engineering. You will be the key decision-maker for what the teams work on.
You'll drive the evolution of three key areas:
Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap across Supply, Manage, and Flex. Turn market dynamics and customer pain into a clear, prioritized strategy that compounds value across products.
Value Delivery at Scale: Drive execution across teams, products, and geographies. Own the metrics that matter. Turn data into decisions and trade-offs into momentum.
Team & Organisation: Build and lead high-performing product teams. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations. Create an environment where exceptional people do their best work.
Who we are looking for
Product Vision Leader: You deeply understand customer problems and translate them into a compelling product vision that aligns the entire company. You communicate strategy with clarity and conviction. You rally cross-functional teams around shared goals.
Product Excellence: You have excelled as a Product Leader (Staff, Head of, VP) at a fast-paced scale-up. Proven track record of shipping products customers love that drive measurable business results.
Value Delivery at Scale: You lead teams that deliver value at scale — shipping regularly, holding themselves accountable to outcomes, not just output. You set the bar for execution quality and speed across products, teams, and markets.
Software Builder: Expert in building B2B software products, ideally experienced with working with customers in the Commercial & Industrial segment. You understand and master software product dynamics — activation, retention, pricing and upsell along the full customer lifecycle.
Seasoned Executor: You deliver in high-paced environments with clear target achievement. You thrive in uncertainty — creating structure, driving momentum, and turning ambiguity into action. You prioritize with clarity and ship relentlessly.
AI-Native Builder: At trawa, we embrace new technology and use it to our competitive advantage. Core decision processes in trading and energy operations run on AI-based predictions. Customer success, sales enablement as well as Operations are fueled by agentic workflows. We are reinventing what a modern utility looks like — driving cost-to-serve toward €0 and increasing trading profits through AI-based signal processing. You will have the mandate and the environment to reinvent product development, tooling, and ways of working with AI across the organization.
Energy Expert (Strong Plus): Deep energy market expertise is beneficial — but not a prerequisite.
