Finance Working Student

Join the Finance team in a high-impact working student role with real ownership from day one. You'll sit at the heart of daily Finance operations, contribute to how trawa scales, and take on meaningful responsibility as we prepare for our next growth phase.

What you'll do

• Process invoices and employee expenses end-to-end in Moss and DATEV, from receipt to payment prep
• Own defined month-end close tasks including reconciliations, accruals prep, and documentation
• Spot repetitive tasks and help automate them using Langdock, Airtable, and Excel
• Support the team on ad-hoc requests, data quality, and internal Finance topics

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Berlin (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field)
• Available 20 hours per week, reliably, for at least 6 months
• Proven track record with AI and automation workflows — you've built or shipped something using tools like Langdock, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or similar
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets — comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and structured data work
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Exposure to DATEV, Moss, Airtable, or comparable Finance/data tools
• Familiarity with data warehouses or structured data environments
• German language skills
