Talent Acquisition Intern (Product & Operations)

About the role

This is a 6-month full-time internship supporting the Product Operations Recruitment Team at Trade Republic's Berlin office. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Working Students and Interns while supporting high-volume hiring across different functions.

What you'll do

• Support our Product Operations Recruitment Team throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
• Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns across different functions
• Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews
• Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing

What you'll need

• Prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency
• Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter would be a plus)
• High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
• Proficient in English with structured communication skills
