Software Engineer

About the role

This is a high-ownership, full-stack engineering role building the platform for consumer-facing AI voice agents. You'll work end-to-end on projects, from frontend UX to backend voice AI infrastructure, helping shape the future of business-to-consumer phone interactions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers to understand their problems and create product solutions
• Build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of AI phone calls daily
• Develop intuitive user experiences designed for an AI-first world
• Own high-stakes projects from conception to completion
• Work across the entire development stack as needed

What you'll need

• Experience working in software engineering teams
• Willingness to work in-person in Berlin
• Ability to take full ownership of projects
• Strong prioritization skills for high-leverage work
• Comfort working across the entire development stack
• Fast learning ability and end-to-end feature shipping experience
• Belief in AI's real value beyond hype
• Willingness to work beyond standard 9-5 hours
