Founder's Associate - Growth & Operations

As Analyst for Strategic Growth & Operations at telli, you turn data and ambiguity into decisions. You work directly with the founding team on the questions that determine how fast we grow: where our next customers come from, which processes scale and which break, and where we invest our time.

What you'll do

• Own analyses that drive real decisions - from funnel and revenue deep-dives to pricing and market sizing
• Identify bottlenecks in our growth and ops processes, then design and implement fixes
• Run special projects end-to-end: scope the problem, coordinate, deliver the outcome
• Automate manual workflows across the company using AI and no-code tools
• Work directly with the founding team

What you'll need

• Analytical to the core - structured thinking, strong with numbers
• Turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and next steps
• Hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work to get to the answer
• Tech- & automation savvy and heavily leverage AI tools in your daily work
• Communicate crisply in writing - your analyses convince without a meeting
• 1+ years of experience in consulting, VC, a high-growth startup, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong communicator in both English and German
