Associate - AI Venture Development

You'll architect and build the AI-native operating system for a consumer-facing AI voice agent platform from the ground up. This is a foundational role where you'll design core business processes, master the entire customer lifecycle, and directly influence product development to scale the company to $100M ARR.

What you'll do

• Design and implement the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal with world-class experience standards
• Build and scale core business processes using automation tools like n8n or Zapier
• Systematically gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product roadmap and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering to define and improve internal tools for scaling operations
• Help define culture, processes, and structure as a foundational operations team member

What you'll need

• World-class operator experience building and scaling businesses in hyper-growth startups or own ventures
• Tech-savvy or semi-technical background with curiosity about AI agent products
• Customer-obsessed mindset with strong business sense for understanding customer problems and needs
• Experience leading end-to-end initiatives independently
• Hands-on approach and willingness to do unglamorous work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure things out independently
• Fluent communication in both German and English
• Commitment to working on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
