About the role

Own the commercial side of telli's existing customers. Once sales closes a customer and the deployment team brings them live, you take over the relationship: you own the account on revenue, make sure they get real value from telli, and grow them through expansion. Run structured upsell processes end-to-end, build executive relationships, and find new use cases and revenue inside your portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Take over customers commercially from sales once they're live, and own the account on revenue
  • Make sure customers get value: align with the success engineers, run regular reviews, watch usage, and spot upsell potential
  • Own expansion ARR across your portfolio: new use cases, upgrades, add-ons, and units
  • Run multi-stakeholder upsell processes end-to-end: discovery, business case, negotiation, procurement, close
  • Build the standards, playbooks, and pipeline that make expansion repeatable and scale beyond you
  • Work closely with sales, deployment, and success, own the commercial handoffs, and pass market and product signals back to product and gtm
  • Hit your monthly and quarterly expansion targets

What you'll need

  • 3+ years in sales or account management with mid- to large companies, ideally as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or strategic CSM with a quota and an expansion target
  • You can run a structured sales process end-to-end and have done it many times: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, procurement, close
  • You know how to find expansion in a customer base: you analyze accounts, spot potential, get in front of the right people, and create demand
  • You build trust with senior stakeholders and hold your own with VP, C-level, and procurement at mid- to large companies
  • You have strong business sense: you connect telli's value to commercial outcomes and frame upsells in customer ROI, not telli ARR
  • You have a technical understanding: you've had exposure to technical products and environments, and you understand what it takes to drive adoption in complex organizations
  • You're data-driven and systems-minded: you track usage and signals, and build playbooks so the function scales beyond you
  • You're an excellent communicator in English and German (more languages a big plus)
