About the role
As a Product Manager, you will be paired with a Product lead within a product tribe, consisting of 2 or more squads, and together gather valuable insights and needs from clients and stakeholders. You will translate these needs into specifications for new features and improvements, working closely with the tech team in an end-to-end scrum squad with shared ownership of a specific product vertical.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of the incentives market as well as our customers
- Identify the needs of the customers through analysis and research and apply the solution that you come up with
- Build a relationship with our Technical Account and Integration Managers and our integration partners in order to facilitate the product development
- Work closely with other teams and communicate with other departments to share your knowledge and improve collaboration
What you'll need
- Capacity to make decisions with incomplete information, being curious and pragmatic
- Self-organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Agile methodology (2 weeks Sprints, JIRA)
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of B2B, SaaS and API first products
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases
