What you'll do

  • Manage comprehensive on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including user access provisioning (GSuite, core tools) and removal, and provide technical support to new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of laptops and other IT assets across all locations, handle hardware procurement, support, warranty claims, and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf) and ensure appropriate software deployment and updates on company devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues, including password management solutions (e.g., 1Password), and oversee seat/license management for company tools.
  • Complete and oversee security compliance tasks (e.g., Vanta requirements), participate in quarterly access reviews, and implement organizational security practices.
  • Ensure robust WiFi, conferencing, and general IT infrastructure setup across offices, and implement office security measures such as visitor logging systems.
  • Assist HR in setting up new vendors, tools, and integrations, and collaborate closely with HR to align IT policies with organizational guidelines.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in IT support or administration.
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Iru/Kandji).
  • Experience managing identity and access systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD).
  • Strong understanding of IT security, especially in distributed team environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly macOS.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles including WiFi setup, VPNs, and general end-user connectivity.

  • Self-development budget for conferences, books, and classes.
  • New Apple MacBook Pro and meaningful home office set-up.
  • Flat hierarchy with direct communication to founding team members.
  • Mentorship and access to network of leading tech investors and advisors.
