About the role

You will collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our HR systems, keeping employee data accurate, and supporting the administrative tasks that keep our people operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Take the lead in preparing and coordinating first-day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update HR-related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.).
  • Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes.
  • Assist with any HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools to make our people operations more efficient.

What you'll need

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members in achieving common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Excited to learn about new concepts, tools, and processes and eager to challenge the status quo.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
