- Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 strategic partners end-to-end, from the Acquisition team's handover to the retention and growth of the partnerships
- Build detailed account plans and run regular business reviews for all partners in your portfolio
- Develop and execute quarterly growth strategies for each partner, identifying upsell opportunities, defining growth KPIs and building business cases that drive measurable outcomes
- Lead commercial renewals and negotiations, owning the full renewal cycle - from internal alignment on strategy through to final agreement with the partner
- Co-build joint go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns with partners, defining success metrics and tracking performance against agreed targets
- Work cross-functionally with Partner Acquisition, Sales Engineering, Sales Ops., Product Business Lines, Analytics and Legal to unblock dependencies and deliver on partner commitments
What you'll need
- Proven track record of growing a B2B portfolio through structured account planning, with clear and measurable revenue or activation outcomes
- Strong experience managing complex commercial negotiations, including renewals and multi-stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable working with data and BI tools (such as Tableau) and CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track accounts performance, identify trends and make informed decisions
- Ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being shaped, and to bring structure and clarity without waiting for perfect conditions
