About the role
Support the Global Benefits & Mobility Lead as part of the overall Total Reward team. The Benefits Specialist is focused on benchmarking, identifying gaps in our offering and implementing comprehensive benefits packages across all countries aligned with the overall Benefits Philosophy.
What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operations of various benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability, and leave programs.
- Explain benefit plans, conduct orientations and open enrollment sessions, and develop communication materials for employee understanding.
- Address inquiries and concerns related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Stay current with federal and state regulations regarding benefits and ensure adherence to those regulations.
- Work with insurance providers, benefit administrators, and other external parties to manage benefits offerings.
- Evaluate benefits program effectiveness, analyze utilization data, and prepare reports for management.
- Research new benefits options and recommend changes to enhance the overall program.
- Assist in the development of new benefits programs to meet evolving employee needs and organizational goals.
What you'll need
- Experience building a benefits portfolio across multiple countries
- Skilled at project management and benefits implementation
- Solid understanding of benefits regulatory requirements and compliance across multiple countries
- Strive for efficient, effective and transparent processes
- Care deeply about the employee experience and employee communication
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and take ownership of your work
