About the role

As a Business Process Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how operations run end-to-end. You'll work across teams to bring structure to complexity, turning data, insights, and system understanding into scalable process solutions. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll not only improve processes, but also help define how process excellence and governance are built at scale.

What you'll do

  • Own and lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation and monitoring
  • Map and optimise business processes using BPMN, identifying inefficiencies and evaluating changes
  • Analyse multi-source data to uncover root causes and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Define business requirements and ensure alignment between processes, systems, and operational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to governance frameworks and driving continuous improvement and adoption

What you'll need

  • Strong experience in process mapping and optimisation (BPMN), including facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel and Tableau to generate insights
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement projects end-to-end, managing timelines and stakeholders independently
  • Solid understanding of system interactions, with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with process mining, automation tools, or service design methodologies
  • Exposure to governance frameworks, compliance, or operational risk
  • Experience working in international or multi-market environments

What they offer

  • Annual learning & development budget
  • Generous time off, including paid leave, public holidays and additional personal time
  • Pension contributions
  • Employee Assistance Programme for well-being support
  • One-month sabbatical after 3 years
  • Referral bonus
