About the role
As a Business Process Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how operations run end-to-end. You'll work across teams to bring structure to complexity, turning data, insights, and system understanding into scalable process solutions. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll not only improve processes, but also help define how process excellence and governance are built at scale.
What you'll do
- Own and lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation and monitoring
- Map and optimise business processes using BPMN, identifying inefficiencies and evaluating changes
- Analyse multi-source data to uncover root causes and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Define business requirements and ensure alignment between processes, systems, and operational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to governance frameworks and driving continuous improvement and adoption
What you'll need
- Strong experience in process mapping and optimisation (BPMN), including facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel and Tableau to generate insights
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement projects end-to-end, managing timelines and stakeholders independently
- Solid understanding of system interactions, with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with process mining, automation tools, or service design methodologies
- Exposure to governance frameworks, compliance, or operational risk
- Experience working in international or multi-market environments
