Project Manager, ERP Specialization (al genders)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system initiatives. You will act as the strategic bridge between business units, technical teams, and external implementation partners.

What you'll do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, detailed timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast financial expenditures, and manage vendor invoicing and scope changes.
• Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle: business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live deployment.
• Work closely with technical architects to ensure seamless integration between the new ERP and existing legacy systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related communication, providing regular status updates to steering committees and executives.
• Partner with HR and department heads to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and oversee comprehensive training programs.
• Manage relationships, SLAs, and deliverables of third-party ERP consultants and software vendors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Solid grasp of data migration methodologies and system integration strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization.
