About the role
Join the Finance team and operate at the intersection of finance and strategy, supporting sustainable growth in a fast-moving, complex environment. You will help set up critical financial infrastructure from scratch while working alongside high-caliber colleagues.
What you'll do
- Support the preparation of detailed financial and administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Build and refine financial models, and assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles, helping to identify risks and opportunities
- Help build and maintain financial processes from the ground up, including data management within financial systems
- Support high-impact projects in collaboration with regional Finance teams, handle ad-hoc finance tasks, and help manage relationships with external service providers
What you'll need
- A completed bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience including internships in auditing or advisory, consulting, or investment banking or similar
- A hardworking and flexible mindset; comfortable working under tight deadlines, navigating ambiguity, and building processes from scratch
- Excellent English communication skills; professional fluency in German is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements and financial modelling with strong Excel skills
- Collaborative, service-oriented approach to teamwork with high standards and low ego
- High priority on responsibility, absolute confidentiality, structured working practices, dedication and reliability
