About the role
Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Cards Issues/declines, Card Chargebacks and Fraud Management, while actively involved in projects relating to business process improvements or automations.
What you'll do
- Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating Cards Issues/declines, Card Chargebacks and Fraud Management.
- Actively involved in projects relating to business process improvements or automations.
- Training and onboarding new team members and actively participating in the recruitment process.
- Timely Incident Management with involvement of relevant stakeholders and serving as point of contact for the Senior Management.
- Monthly and quarterly reports on various card related topics.
- Active stakeholder management from Cards transaction processor, ACS provider, Cards Manufacturer to Schemes.
- Manage core processes independently from start to finish based on agreed upon responsibilities and objectives.
- Train and mentor other juniors in the team.
What you'll need
- Masters or Bachelor Degree In Business, finance or Economics or any relevant field.
- 3+ Years of relevant experience in Banks or Fintechs.
- Strong knowledge of Cards payments schemes, Dispute and Fraud Management.
- Knowledge and comprehension of PSD2 and other regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in MS Office and G Suite.
- Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.

- First experience using SQL queries.
