Senior Card Operations Analyst

About the role

Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Cards Issues/declines, Card Chargebacks and Fraud Management, while actively involved in projects relating to business process improvements or automations.

What you'll do

• Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating Cards Issues/declines, Card Chargebacks and Fraud Management.
• Actively involved in projects relating to business process improvements or automations.
• Training and onboarding new team members and actively participating in the recruitment process.
• Timely Incident Management with involvement of relevant stakeholders and serving as point of contact for the Senior Management.
• Monthly and quarterly reports on various card related topics.
• Active stakeholder management from Cards transaction processor, ACS provider, Cards Manufacturer to Schemes.
• Manage core processes independently from start to finish based on agreed upon responsibilities and objectives.
• Train and mentor other juniors in the team.

What you'll need

• Masters or Bachelor Degree In Business, finance or Economics or any relevant field.
• 3+ Years of relevant experience in Banks or Fintechs.
• Strong knowledge of Cards payments schemes, Dispute and Fraud Management.
• Knowledge and comprehension of PSD2 and other regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in MS Office and G Suite.
• Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.

Nice to have

• First experience using SQL queries.
