Regulatory Reporting Working Student

Support the preparation and quality assurance of regulatory reports and assist with data validation, reconciliations, and quality checks. You'll help analyse reporting requirements from regulators and support process improvements and automation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the preparation and quality assurance of regulatory reports (e.g. Statistical Reportings).
• Assist with data validation, reconciliations and quality checks.
• Help analyse reporting requirements from regulators (e.g. national supervisors).
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory reporting processes and controls.
• Assist in ad hoc analyses and reporting projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Data and IT teams.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Solid understanding of General Ledger / Accounting fundamentals
• High interest in banking regulations and financial reporting
• Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use.

Nice to have

• First practical experience (e.g., through internships) in finance, banking, or data analytics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence or willing to learn
