Provide 2nd level support by processing tickets of all cards related issues and process Card Returns. Help achieve the team's OKRs and manage yourself by prioritizing your tasks effectively.

What you'll do

• Provide 2nd level support by processing tickets of all cards related issues and process Card Returns.
• Help achieve the team's OKRs.
• Manage yourself and prioritize your tasks effectively.

What you'll need

• Currently a university student of a relevant discipline Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science etc.
• SQL familiarity preferred
• Familiarity with G suite and MS office.
• Professional working proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Reliable, motivated and curious to learn more.
