About the role

As a (Junior) Full-Stack Engineer in Team Growth, you ship features on the visitor-facing pages where new users first meet us. You build; our Growth Specialists deliver the testing ideas and hypotheses.

What you'll do

  • Build and release features on visitor-facing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Implement A/B tests cleanly and reliably, based on hypotheses handed over by our Growth Specialists.
  • Use AI tools daily – prompt, steer, validate – and review AI-generated code with the same care as your own.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests (Capybara, Cypress). Testing matters more, not less, when code is co-produced with AI.
  • Own critical systems in the visitor journey: maintenance, reliability, and incident response.
