What you'll do
- Take full ownership of proactively acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market, identifying and converting high-potential opportunities
- Develop a thorough understanding of each prospective client's business objectives and challenges, and align tailored solutions from our product portfolio to meet their specific needs
- Apply your strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills to successfully acquire new customers via phone and establish sustainable, long-term business partnerships
- Drive revenue performance through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives, maximizing customer value while contributing directly to ambitious revenue targets and KPIs
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics, maintaining a strong results-driven mindset
What you'll need
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in B2B sales, account management e.g. in the real estate sector
- Proven experience in sales with a strong hunter mentality and a clear focus on closing deals, including cold calling and outbound sales
- Proactive, well-structured, and results-driven approach combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset driven by measurable success and ownership
- Experienced in working with CRM systems — ideally Salesforce — to manage pipelines and steer sales activities strategically
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement
