Founder's Associate Intern (Growth & Marketing)

About the role

Work directly with our founders on high impact projects across growth, marketing, partnerships, and go to market. You will help shape how Scale Energy is positioned in the market, how we build pipeline, and how we turn traction into growth.

What you'll do

• Own projects across growth, marketing, partnerships, and go to market from idea to execution.
• Help sharpen our positioning, messaging, and content across sales, marketing, and product touchpoints.
• Support campaigns, outbound initiatives, founder led growth, and new acquisition channels.
• Track market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, materials, and analyses for strategic growth initiatives and key company priorities.

What you'll need

• You are studying or have recently completed a degree in any subject, with strong academic performance.
• You are highly driven, structured, creative, and hands on.
• You are curious about growth, marketing, startups, business models, and building companies.
• You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking and execution power.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English.

• First experience in a fast paced environment such as startup, growth, marketing, consulting, VC, or energy.
