Working Student Outsourcing

About the role

As an Outsourcing Working Student, you will support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management.

What you'll do

• Support internal departments and relevant control functions throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party risk management (onboarding, monitoring, offboarding)
• Support the central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and other external service providers in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Support consistently high quality in the monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities across internal departments
• Support the preparation of risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks

What you'll need

• Passionate about Third Party Processes and Regulations
• Basic understanding of information security regulations, requirements and controls
• Reliable, discreet, motivated and self-driven
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

• Studying law, business law, business administration or a similar field
