Team Lead - Cloud Administration

About the role

This role involves disciplinary and technical management of the CA team, with responsibility for 2nd level support and maintenance for cloud applications, as well as management and further development of IT processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Disciplinary and technical management of the CA team
• Responsibility for technical 2nd level support and maintenance for our cloud applications
• Management and further development of IT processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
• Establishment and maintenance of internal and external tools
• Close cooperation and regular exchange with our security, infrastructure and business teams

What you'll need

• Successfully completed studies in information technology or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
• Experience in the disciplinary management of teams
• Proven success in IT project management
• Demonstrated ability in complex root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. German is a plus.
• Strong functional and architectural understanding of key enterprise IT platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian suite, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
