Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting

About the role

You will lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more) with a focus on both accuracy and timeliness.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports with a focus on both accuracy and timeliness
• Interpret and assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements, ensuring reporting processes remain fully compliant
• Independently manage the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of processes, controls, and data quality
• Take full ownership for regulatory reporting aspects of high-impact interdisciplinary projects — such as new product processes or expansion into new geographic markets
• Act as a key point person for internal and external auditors as well as regulators with respect to regulatory reporting and related matters
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous development

What you'll need

• Completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or law
• Several years of experience in a comparable role in the financial services industry
• Reliable, detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills
• Enjoy working with large data sets and ideally have some experience with SQL
• Work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Exposure to reporting processes required for market-making activities
• Previous experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform
