Junior Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions

About the role

You will own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services, while supporting the analysis of corporate action events and collaborating with internal teams to support fast-paced business growth.

What you'll do

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services
• Support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing
• Take overcommunication with external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
• Assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of the business

What you'll need

• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent
• First experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank's middle or back office is a plus
• Knowledgeable or interested in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions and correlating banking activities
• Able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
