About the role

You will set up CRM campaigns including emails and app push notifications to deliver targeted communication to new and existing clients, create and adapt CRM journeys, and actively contribute to the development of the CRM channel at Scalable Capital for all current and future products and countries.

What you'll do

  • Set up CRM campaigns including emails and app push notifications to deliver targeted communication to new and existing clients
  • Create and adapt CRM journeys, run tests and analyse the results to optimize their performance
  • Actively contribute to the development of the CRM channel at Scalable Capital for all current and future products and countries
  • Collaborate across Marketing-, Product- and Content teams to deliver relevant communication to customers
  • Show attention to detail when it comes to content creation, email design and the sendout of emails and push notifications
  • Measure and report on email- and app push notification performance to deduct channel optimizations

What you'll need

  • Strong interest in CRM; experience in the finance or e-commerce sector is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems and email marketing tools; experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is an advantage
  • High affinity for data and ability to derive CRM actions from relevant business metrics
  • Initial experience with HTML and SQL; knowledge of AMPscript is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English
