About the role
The Recruiting Team is seeking support for either a Working Student (20 hours/week, spread over 4 to 5 days) or an Intern (40 hours/week, for a minimum of 4 months) starting August 1, 2026.
What you'll do
- Schedule interviews and answer candidate questions regarding the recruitment process
- Independently manage applicants, including sending invitations and rejection letters
- Assist in creating and publishing job advertisements
- Support the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters, and handle user management for other recruiting tools
- Help organize and execute university marketing activities and career events
- Contribute to various ongoing HR projects
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled at a university or college
- Remain enrolled for at least one more year (for the Working Student role) or available for at least 4 months (for the Internship)
- Highly organized, can keep a cool head in stressful situations, and place great value on professional communication
- High sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive data
- Quick learner and proactive approach to work
- Excellent English (C1) — please submit your CV in English. German is a huge plus
