Be part of the team building and evolving a native application that supports internal trading workflows, where reliability, security, and performance matter. You'll work across the full application stack, from a React and TypeScript frontend to a Rust core backend for frontend, with ownership over real-time data flows, authentication, release automation, and operational quality.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a native cross-platform application using React, TypeScript, Vite and Rust.
- Develop user-facing product features with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and evolve Rust application logic for authentication, IPC contracts, service integrations, and real-time stream handling.
- Build and maintain streaming flows for live data, including throttling, backpressure handling, and multi-window consistency.
- Own and improve CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions, including validation, coverage, packaging, signing, and release publishing.
- Work with AWS services used in delivery and operational workflows, especially S3, IAM roles, OIDC-based access, and secrets handling.
- Improve observability through logging, metrics, runtime diagnostics, and better release visibility.
- Collaborate on application architecture, testing strategy, and engineering standards across frontend, backend, and operational concerns.
What you'll need
- A university degree in a relevant field of study or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in the tech stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, Rust, GitHub Actions, AWS.
- Strong experience building production software with React and TypeScript.
- Basic Rust proficiency, or solid experience in a compiled backend or systems language with the ability to become productive in Rust quickly.
- Experience building or maintaining complex user-facing applications in production.
- Good understanding of authentication and security fundamentals, especially OAuth2 and OIDC-style flows.
- Experience with real-time or event-driven systems such as WebSockets or streaming data pipelines.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
