About the role

You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in Spain and Italy. You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention, working closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations.

What you'll do

  • Answer inquiries from our customers by email.
  • Work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions.
  • Continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest.
  • Use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes.
  • Work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations.

What you'll need

  • Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • Experience in supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required.
  • Native Spanish speaker with strong professional fluency in Italian and English.
