About the role

You act as a reliable first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone. You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts.

  • Act as a reliable first point of contact for existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone
  • Resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts
  • Capture and share valuable customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes
  • Continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning

What you'll need

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role
  • Strong affinity for digital products and basic interest in financial markets
  • Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues
  • Reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
