About the role
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets, driving pipeline generation and building a high-performance outbound culture focused on cold calling.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets.
- Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to help each rep reach their full potential.
- Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture, specifically focused on cold-calling pre-qualified and unqualified leads.
- Lead by example as a player-coach, jumping onto the phones during peak times or gaps in the schedule to demonstrate best-in-class prospecting and customer-facing conversations.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs, high lead quality, and alignment on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target segments.
- Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools, automations, and workflows that increase team output.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
- 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Passion for fast-paced environments and the SMB sales landscape.
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient in rapidly changing settings.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French (in addition to English).
