About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll shape the future of Reonic by spreading word all around the market to achieve maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with our development team, you'll drive sales, customer satisfaction, and innovation in renewable energy.
What you'll do
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar installers and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls
- Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn
- Drive Reonic's growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company's business objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings
What you'll need
- Passion for software sales in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in German and English
- C2-level proficiency in German required
