Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities. Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump.
What you'll do
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities.
- Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
- Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat.
- Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team.
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.
What you'll need
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.
- Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Italian and English.
- C2 Italian proficiency required.
