About the role
Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing renewable energy startup. You'll work across sales, product, and customer success, translating customer feedback into actionable insights while providing technical support and helping shape new features.
What you'll do
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features.
- Collaborate with the Co-Founders and Head of Account Management on ad hoc initiatives (e.g. trade shows, internal product testing, competitor benchmarking).
- Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
- Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs.
- Be the go-to technical contact for UK customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email.
- Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.
What you'll need
- Currently in the final year of a top engineering or business school, or taking a gap year from one.
- Structured, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in customer success, sales, and customer engagement.
- C2 English proficiency.
- Available for at least 5 month internship in Berlin or Augsburg office.
