What you'll do
- Vertical Owner: Relentlessly improve the product experience by working with customers to identify bottlenecks, refine the fit, and personally onboard them into a world-class workflow.
- Onboard customers: Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic and your vertical in the most efficient way.
- Drive Revenue & NRR: Move the needle. Identify expansion opportunities, prevent churn, and ensure Reonic is indispensable to our customers.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities.
- Execute Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives that directly scale our installer network and market share.
What you'll need
- Resilient, driven, and passionate about helping customers realize long-term value.
- Experience in B2B SaaS account management, with a strong emphasis for customer facing interactions.
- Experience in high growth start up environment.
- Excellent communication abilities in German/French/Italian and English. C2 proficiency in German, Italian or French is required.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering, or top tier business school degree.
