Business Operations Manager (SaaS, Greentech)

About the role

As Business Operations Manager, you will be the strategic right hand, ensuring the leadership team can focus on the 10x moves that drive our mission forward. You bring structure to ambition and build the operational workflows that prevent organizational problems from recurring.

What you'll do

• Identify where the team is "winging it" and provide the necessary structure, templates, or processes to ensure we scale without breaking.
• Manage all vendors (landlords, cleaning, internet) and organize team offsites end-to-end—from location scouting to the final agenda.
• Take internal messages and transform them into professional messages for external stakeholders.
• Support the finance department with bookkeeping, invoicing, and "booking stuff" (travel, software, supplies) with absolute precision.
• Act as an internal consultant, auditing departmental tasks and building AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual "busy work."
• Organize and participate at trade shows across Europe, representing Reonic and ensuring our presence is seamless and impactful.

What you'll need

• Proven experience supporting a CXO or senior leaders in a fast-moving startup, high-touch service environment, or top-tier consultancy.
• Ready to work on-site in Berlin or Augsburg daily to provide real-time context and support.
• Obsessed with follow-through and precision over speed. You create the SOP or workflow that prevents problems from happening again.
• Write professionally in English and have functional German skills sufficient to independently manage local German partners and vendors.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and learn new tools instantly.
• Handle sensitive financial and strategic information with absolute confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Comfortable using LLMs to automate tasks, applying your own judgment and editing AI outputs for voice, tone, and accuracy.
