About the role

Join us as a Website Project Manager Intern and help shape how Qonto presents its products to SMEs across Germany and the Netherlands. You'll support our website product managers in coordinating cross-functional projects, from product launches to page revamps, that directly drive customer acquisition and conversion.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate product launches on the website with web engineers, designers, SEO, and local marketing teams to ensure new Qonto products are showcased in a way that drives visibility and conversion.
  • Own the localization pipeline for Germany and the Netherlands, keeping coordination between content, comms, and local marketing teams on track so localized pages go live on time.
  • Support key page revamps that move the needle by helping define website journeys and structures that improve conversion rates, and measure the impact with data after each release.
  • Be the project management backbone for our Northern Europe PM by managing timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
  • Bring AI into your workflow to work faster on coordination, content tracking, and reporting.

What you'll need

  • Fluent in German and English in a professional setting.
  • Rigorous and organised with experience juggling multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable with data — can read a dashboard, spot what matters, and turn a metric into a recommendation.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to switch between localization tracking, page performance analysis, and stakeholder follow-ups without losing quality.
  • Curious about digital products and interested in conversion and user journeys.

What they offer

  • Real ownership from day one on initiatives that move actual conversion metrics for Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Mentorship from Zehra, PM for Northern Europe, guiding you through real product management work in Berlin.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days per week working from home.
  • Gympass access to over 50 sports and wellness partners.
  • Food card with up to 100 € per month and 100% public transport coverage.
  • Team events, snacks, drinks, and an inclusive, supportive environment.
