Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Own lead generation and ensure that we continue to grow through reliable inbound channels. You'll architect and scale the growth machine that powers our expansion across specialties and markets.

What you'll do

• Test, monitor and refine growth initiatives across channels in close collaboration with our sales, customer success and product teams
• Build a measurable, scalable, and predictable funnel, with clear reporting through dashboards and revenue forecasts
• Select and work with best-in-class agencies or freelancers to execute your growth strategies faster

What you'll need

• 6 months to 2 years experience in growth, marketing or business development roles, with a focus on lead generation
• Deep understanding of positioning, messaging and demand generation
• Ability to test, monitor and iterate fast across growth initiatives
• Combination of a creative nature with data-driven execution
• Passion for transforming growth with cutting-edge AI
• German and English at a professional level
