About the role
Own the full sales cycle and help shape our GTM organization from day one. You'll convert customer interest into long-lasting partnerships while representing us at industry events and creating outbound opportunities with full ownership from start to finish.

What you'll need
- 2+ years experience in high-performing, best-in-class B2B sales organizations as SDR, AE, or similar
- Proven track record as a top performer, consistently exceeding even ambitious targets
- Outgoing, energetic and positive personality
- Uncompromising drive to excel and accelerate your professional growth
- Expertise and authenticity that create trust on equal footing
- Passion for transforming sales with cutting-edge AI
- Relentless hunter mentality to create and close deals
- German and English at a professional level
