About the role
Lead partner onboarding projects end-to-end from scoping to Go-Live and post-launch support. Drive value creation and scalable product launches together with banking partners, acting as the main point of contact for partner account management and strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead partner onboarding projects end-to-end from scoping to Go-Live and post-launch support
- Drive value creation and scalable product launches together with banking partners
- Act as the main point of contact for partner account management and lead strategic initiatives to increase product adoption and long-term success
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partner implementations
- Drive structured project management and build deep knowledge across banking processes, payments, and embedded finance
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in the financial industry (i.e. Banks/ Fintechs), or in the consulting industry with a focus on banks
- Experience designing and executing go-to-market models, ideally with partners (e.g. white-label, embedded finance, referral programs)
- A structured and proactive approach to building processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering impact
- Strong project management skills with clear ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can engage with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Ideally Berlin-based or open to working in a hybrid setup
