About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects with new partners and build a high-impact partner network that supports our growth across markets and customer segments.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects with new partners, encompassing the entire process from initial scoping to Go-Live and post-launch support.
- Build and manage a high-impact partner network that supports our growth across markets and customer segments
- Create scalable partner playbooks, enablement materials, and incentive models to activate and accelerate partner performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) to align partnership strategies with our go-to-market approach
- Monitor partner performance and work with partners to continuously optimize collaboration
What you'll need
- A strong understanding of B2B sales, business development, or partnership ecosystems — ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, or a similar client-facing role, and strong project management skills
- Experience working with or building partner-led go-to-market models (e.g. indirect sales, white-label, embedded finance, referral programs)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can engage with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
- A structured and proactive approach to building processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering impact
- German and/or French and English fluency; additional European languages are a plus
