Founders Associate

About the role

You'll get to experience a little bit of everything and work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects across different parts of the business.

What you'll do

• Support the team across Sales, Growth, Finance, Customer Success, and Product
• Contribute to creating our sales playbook and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Help launch new product and growth initiatives and create engaging content to support them
• Help Design and improve internal processes from scratch, keeping daily operations running smoothly
• Jump into new challenges, learn quickly, and make things happen

What you'll need

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic performance, from a top university
• Previous internship (1-2) or work experience in a startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or consulting firm
• Obsession with startups and thriving in fast-moving, unstructured environments
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools
• Hunger to learn fast, grow fast, and take ownership

Nice to have

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, or n8n
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Creativity and an eye for design – you can make content and decks look world-class
