Working Student Finance/Accounting

Support the Finance team in keeping accounting operations accurate, compliant, and scalable as Parloa grows at high speed, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Get hands-on finance experience at the heart of a hyper-growth AI company, working directly with real invoices, real customers, and real systems.

What you'll do

• Process and review vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), ensure correct approvals and postings, and make sure transactions from Procure-to-Pay solution sync accurately into the ERP system
• Issue customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and support collections efforts to reduce overdue receivables
• Support reconciliations, month-end close activities, and audit preparations to help the books close on time
• Act as a point of contact for basic vendor, customer, and internal finance-related questions

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Curious and hands-on, eager to learn how accounting works in a fast-growing tech company
• Careful and reliable, and comfortable working with numbers and systems
• Fluent in German and English
