As GTM Lead, you own how opus goes to market. You work side by side with the CEO and COO and pipeline is your territory. Your job: turn early traction into a repeatable GTM machine for a category in industrial software that buyers don't have a name for yet.
What you'll do
- Own the pipeline number – qualified discovery meetings with ICP decision-makers that convert
- Build the outbound engine – cold call, LinkedIn, email sequences – design cadences, control messaging, and run it yourself
- Develop pipeline channels beyond cold outbound – webinars, trade fairs, partnerships – whatever converts
- Hire and scale the GTM team – bring in first BDRs, build onboarding, set expectations, run call reviews, and hold team accountable
- Own the tech stack – design how leads flow, how accounts get scored, automate repeatable workflows
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities to ensure founders spend zero time on unqualified conversations
- Define the category – LinkedIn posts, case studies, whitepapers – content that educates the market and frames the problem in our language
What you'll need
- 2+ years in B2B/Enterprise Software, hands on the wheel – you've personally carried a pipeline number and written sequences, dialed calls, cleaned the CRM
- Builder, not operator – you design outbound from scratch and know the difference between activity and output
- Category thinker – you've sold something the market didn't have a name for yet, treating every touchpoint as education
- Experience ramping junior reps from zero to consistent output and giving hard feedback
- Industrial DNA – you sell to Mittelstand manufacturing fluently, understand procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder sign-off from experience
- Native German and strong professional English (C1+) for both buyer calls and investor-grade content
