As Chief of Staff / Founders Associate, you work side by side with the CEO to turn high-level vision into things that actually happen. You operate at the intersection of growth, hiring, finance, ops, and expansion. The problems that land on your desk are the most important ones nobody else can own yet, so you own them.

What you'll do

  • Founder force multiplier – when the founders aren't in the room, you are. You carry the context, make the call, keep things moving.
  • Build the operating system – fast companies don't stay fast by accident. You build the cadences, processes and communication loops that let us scale without losing what makes us dangerous.
  • Build the hiring engine – the next 20 hires define the long-term trajectory of the company. You build the plan, run the process, and make sure we bring in the people who raise the bar.
  • Finances and KPIs – reporting, budgeting, trajectory. The founders and the board see a clear picture at all times, because you built it.
  • Strategic projects – new market entry, pricing architecture, agent deployment support, partnership structures. You take it from zero to done, fast.
  • Fundraising & investor relations – you own the process. Data rooms, narratives, investor updates.

What you'll need

  • 2+ years in high-intensity environments – top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, a VC-backed startup that moved fast, or a founder who built something real.
  • Ruthlessly structured – you bring order to chaos by building systems that make speed sustainable.
  • Strategy meets spreadsheet – you can zoom out to market positioning and grind through a financial model. P&L, SaaS metrics, unit economics: you speak the language deeply.
  • Sharp communicator – you turn complex AI concepts and messy financial data into narratives that land, whether it's a board deck or investor update.
  • High agency – you don't wait for a playbook, you write it. Ambiguity is where you do your best work.
  • AI-native by default – you use AI tools daily and have a point of view on how a category-defining AI company should operate internally.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1+) – Berlin-based role.
